Our 2nd transformer station with 1,000 KVA has arrived!

This investment was necessary as the existing transformer station does not offer enough space to install the measuring technology for the new photovoltaic system. In addition, the feeding power of the new photovoltaic system exceeds the transformer power of the existing transformer station. With the new transformer connected to the old transformer, new parts of the building can be connected at any station and with shorter cableways.

Grunwald thus has a redundant and secure power supply. If a transformer station should ever fail, e.g. due to maintenance work, Grunwald continues to have unrestricted power in all parts of the building. Grunwald thus secure the continuous manufacture of all machines and production parts without any breakdowns
