Some solid reasons for applying to GRUNWALD right now
Since the company was founded in 1956, GRUNWALD has developed into a leading global supplier of cup and bucket fillers that support multiple formats. The constantly increasing demand for our technically sophisticated, flexible and reliable machine designs is the key to our success and the job security we offer – both now and in the future.
It is only possible to deliver top performance by working together as a team. Only then can we achieve and celebrate our success together. Every single person plays their part in this and is a member of the GRUNWALD TEAM: “Together, we are GRUNWALD”.
A cooperative management culture pervades the entire company. It is a vital component of this cohesion and forms the basis of our joint success.
Our success is built on the fact that GRUNWALD uses the latest technologies. We are a future-focused company and are open to fresh, new ideas. With this in mind, old-school approaches are constantly being challenged and – where applicable – updated.
The health of our employees is extremely important to us. We help to ensure this by providing the ideal working environment. This includes ergonomically designed workstations, which are regularly reviewed to see if they can be improved. GRUNWALD promotes the health and fitness of all staff by offering various programmes and sporting opportunities.
Our continual and sustained growth stems from our far-reaching corporate vision and the flexibility of our staff, which sees them getting involved in different work processes and projects according to their skills and talents. Our flexible working hours enable staff to manage their homes and their work effectively. When it comes to striking the right work-life balance, we always work with our staff to come up with good solutions.
Individually tailored professional development and investment in employees are key ingredients in our recipe for success. We offer external CPD activities as well as internal options for professional development. Our open culture and flat hierarchies also provide plenty of opportunities for personal development.
The GRUNWALD company pension is something worth writing home about! This is an additional retirement pension financed by the employer that GRUNWALD arranges on behalf of its employees. All long-standing employees receive a company pension in addition to their salary. This goes a long way towards ensuring their personal security in old age. Employees who wish to pay their own contributions on top have these supplemented by GRUNWALD.
Are you all too familiar with that annoying search for a parking space before work? Or do you always end up walking “for miles” from where you've parked? Not when you work for GRUNWALD! Our site has its very own modern multi-storey car park with 270 spaces – enough room for all our employees to park their vehicles undercover completely free of charge.
And if anyone likes cycling to work, we can give them a helping hand with “Jobrad” – our modern cycle leasing scheme, which is available on extremely attractive terms. With its employer's subsidy, GRUNWALD is making an important contribution to sustainable mobility management.
We are happy to pass on some of our success to people suffering from poverty, hunger and sickness who need our support. When choosing which social projects to back, we prioritise organisations that use donations to provide concrete assistance on the ground. In this way, we can help to improve people's living conditions and environment directly.
You will find some examples of the donations we have made here.
Training has always been important at GRUNWALD. The next generation of specialist staff mainly come from our in-house training departments. Our trainees make up more than 10% of the workforce and we keep a lot of them on once they have completed their training, meaning that we take our social responsibility seriously. As a result, we are able to look forward to the future with optimism. Thanks to our mixed teams of “old and young”, everyone benefits from the strength that comes from combining the expert knowledge of both generations with the wealth of professional experience that the older generation has accumulated over years.
